Refund policy

We have taken great care to inspect every item, however we will happily exchange any item that is defective or faulty. A refund will only be provided if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced. 

If you wish to exchange or return an item for credit, please contact us at info@iny-store.com and state your name, order number and reason for exchange/return. Please await our confirmation to send back the item.

Please note that:

• The refund policy does not apply to sample sale products. 

• Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and be in its original condition as when it was received. If the items have been used or damaged, we cannot offer a return or exchange. 

• A refund will only be provided if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced.

• Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• We will not be responsible for lost return packages so you may wish to use a tracking number or some method of secure postage. 

• Shipping back to use for an exchange is not covered by INY store, this is at the customers expense.
